Program One: Walk to Jog Program
- Designed for those who have little to no running experience or background
- 8-10 week customized training schedule that fits your personal goals, background, and ability.
- The main goal of this program is to get you to run 3-4 miles continuous 5-6 times a week and feel good!
- Fundamentals and physiology of running discussed with client the first two weeks.
- 90% of this program will be aerobic running.
- Basic stretching and warm-up/cool-down routine taught.
- Basic core workouts given each week.
- Incorporation of some cross training activities into training schedule.
- Injury prevention techniques given along with tips on how to deal with nagging injuries and pains.
- Unlimited e-mail support and my personal cell phone number you can use anytime.
- Meet with me if local 4- times per month for a workout and to monitor progress.
- The cost of this program is $300.00 + $20.00 evaluation fee.
Program Two: Jogging to Running Program
- Designed for those who want to take their jogging/running to another level.
- An ideal program for those who just want to increase their mileage each week or start running road races.
- 10-12 week customized training schedule that fits your personal goals, background, and ability.
- The main goal of this program is to take you from a casual jogger and transform you into a runner.
- Great program for those who want to start running 5k/10k or 1/2 marathons or those who just want to set new personal best times.
- Review of basic stretching and warm-up/cool-down routine.
- Review of injury prevention techniques.
- More advanced core workouts given each week.
- This program will progress from easy aerobic running and transition into some anaerobic running and low intensity workouts.
- Unlimited e-mail support and my personal cell phone number you can use anytime.
- Meet with me if local 4-5 times per month for a workout and to monitor progress.
- The cost of this program is $300.00 + $20.00 evaluation fee.
Program Three: Elite Running/Racing Program
- Designed for those who have been running for years and want to take their running/racing to another level.
- An ideal program for those who have a strong background in H.S. or college running and just need a coach to help motivate them and set up a training program to reach their goals.
- 14-16 week customized training schedule that fits your personal goals, background, and ability.
- The main goal of this program is to help you set new personal bests in track, cross countrry, or road races ranging from the 800 meters up to the marathon.
- Intermediate to advanced core workouts given each week.
- Suggestions of strength training/weight room work.
- This program will be more advanced with some high school to college type of workouts included.
- Unlimited e-mail support and my personal cell phone number you can use anytime.
- Meet with me if local 5-6 times per month for a workout and to monitor progress.
- This program is $30.00 per week + $20.00 evaluation fee.
Duathlon and Triathlon Training Program (Email for Details)
As your personal coach you can be assured I will provide you with individual attention and support each week. I will work hard at doing what I can to motivate and encourage you, educate you, and make running fun! I take pride in helping beginners get started and find the joy of running, to helping the veterans of the sport get even faster!
